Harry founded HOJ Electrical in 2019 with a clear vision: build a specialist electrical contracting business that could compete at the highest level — on the most complex, safety-critical projects in the industry.
That ambition started early. From taking apart appliances as a kid to earning his CompEx Ex01-04 certification and managing projects worth millions of pounds, Harry has always been driven by a genuine passion for the craft and for doing things right.
In six years, he's grown HOJ Electrical from a one-man operation into a team of six skilled electricians, with a project portfolio that spans commercial developments, industrial facilities, and some of the most technically demanding hazardous area environments in the region.
As director, Harry oversees every project from initial consultation and design through to commissioning and handover — ensuring that quality, safety, and client satisfaction are never compromised.
Outside of work, Harry's either out on the rugby pitch or dragging the lads along on a side quest of some kind — when he's not doing either, he's in the gym.
When he's not on site, Jack's usually got a golf club, a football, or a pair of hiking boots in hand. He loves exploring somewhere new — city or countryside, he's not fussy.
Joe lives for music — when he's not on the tools he's behind the decks DJing, with regular trips out camping and any excuse to get outdoors.
